Typical Chinese Takeaway Box

I always wonder how come all the chinese takeaway food's package are the same looking just like this pictures.

The initial concept apparently took shape in 1894 when an inventor named Frederick Weeks Wilcox patented what he called the “paper pail,” which was a single piece of paper creased and folded into segments like origami into a nearly leak-proof container, secured with a wire handle on top. This created a flat interior surface over which food could slide smoothly onto a plate.
It wasn’t until sometime in the 1970s that a graphic designer working at the company now known as Fold-Pak came up with the idea to put an image of a pagoda on the side of the box and the words “Thank You” in stylized font on top. Add them in red (which symbolizes good fortune in China) and voila! The icon which represents “Eastern cuisine in Western society” was born.
